Open shoving here is good too and I like it.
Raising seems ok though I would be more inclined to shove rather than play a pot with such a shallow stack.
So you c-bet the flop which is pretty STD and on the turn you are facing a shove and you decide to call.
I mean the only thing you are beating there is a stone cold bluff and I dont really think that your villain is capable of turning his 8x,5x,7x hands into a bluff after the T hit and many flush and straightdraws got there.
What do you beat by calling his shove OTR???
And most of the times OTR will end up showing a T instead of a flush because he has the T and makes a spazz move beccause he doesn't want to make decisions on many rivers that could come and and hurt his action like a 4 flush or a 4 straight card.
Think harder when you see these spazz moves by villains and don't feel comitted to put your chips in the middle just because the blinds are so big.

Shoving or min-raising preflop mainly depends on his 3bet shove tendencies here. If he is shoving wide enough you can min-raise to induce. Turn should be a fold imo
