River depends... I would call, because I think, that reg will be capable of bluffing some hands here.
Yeah, he might have flush some of the time, but such is life.
Also, I might consider betting the turn.
And for the river bet I would use smaller sizing (as played), as you will not have too many value hands in your double checking range.
