villian was quite aggressiv and always played his hit on the flop. blufft a lot and open raised many hands.
Last game I called down with top pair in position and he showed me total air.

opinions about my check on the turn? I mean it can easy seduce him to start bluffing. Iam really unhappy about the hand.

Hero (BB): 540 (27 bb)
SB: 460 (23 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J J
SB raises to 40, Hero raises to 100, SB calls 60

Flop: (200) K 9 Q (2 players)
Hero bets 100, SB calls 100

Turn: (400) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets 260 and is all-in, Hero ??

raise bigger preflop. 120-140, or just shove.

checking lets him bluff, but I think he'd shove all his draws on the flop, and checks the turn back with hands like Qx, 9x, so I'd rather just shove the turn. (wait a few sec before you shove)

lol @ seduce

Hi collinstation. I do like your comment about the bigger 3bet size up to about 130-140 with JJ, because with JJ its even to that unlikely that a overcard hits the flop. But I would fell myself uncomfortable to shove the turn.

If villian should raise his draws and big hands on the flop we can put him on a 9x hand or just a gutshort. In this case I dont want him to get out by a shove.

In that case bet/call should be the best option. But as I said, it makes me quite uncomfortable.

I dont think you should be raising more pf. And I wouldnt bet flop unless you want him to shove.

maybe it's just me, but i am crushed like 70% or more on this flop. i mean what do you perceive unknowns range to be here?

i would say like {K9+,K8s+,QT+,Q8s+,J9+,J8s+,some more suited (semi-)connected hands, some suited aces}.

With the assumption that villian will react very aggressive with his draws and TP on the flop not by that far in my mind
