yes. you still get value from pair+sd, 2p, sets, overpairs, (and on the 7c FDs) but these hands are extremely unlikely to barrel basically any river unimproved. And people don't really bluff very often, especially on a run-out like this, so if he is bluffing turn he likely won't bluff river anyways.
