We flat in that position yes, especially if there's a fish behind.
But some highstakes bots who had really good winrate few years ago had less than 1% flat range in that position.
On that screen you're SB vs BTN MR 3way, from left to right you can see what this GTO solution is doing from 8bb deep to 25deep.
For example QJo is fold 97ish% of the time 8 deep, shove most of the time 12deep and mostly flat but does a bit of 3bet NAI 22-25deep.

Idk never thought about it, but I'd presume the answer is no.
You can just open shove 22-66 15bb deep at small stakes and MR 77+, I'd guess it's probably still the best strategy at midstakes.

In theory, yes a lot, but the pop tendencies of the games you're playing probably under ISO, so I'd be carefull about it.
Open jamming 22-66 25deep vs fish is probably not a bad strat.
Could work against your regs too, idk what stakes you're playing.
