I grind mtts for a living but at the end of my schedule i play 50€ HU sngs on winamax.

There is this guy that never sits in lobby even when the second lobby is free but he always join my game.

He is a losing regular with -5% roi and clearly is losing playing vs me (12% roi)

I really don't get it??? He is bumhunting me when i have the edge...but small enough to not want to play him

Usually, other regs don't allow weaker players to opensit. He probably can't opensit that why he sits you (who us probably not a reg at this format). He probably will stop bumhunt you after a decent sample. Even 12% over lets say 50-100 games is not really a decent sample...

Hmmm but today every lobby was empty and i sit, he joins me every time instead of sitting the empty lobby...

There are many better regs that never sits me...

I can speak from experience because I use to do exactly this. I would sit regs at BetOnline instead of waiting for games. The reason he is doing this is probably because he doesn't want to wait for a game. Sometimes games can take 15 minutes, a half hour, possibly more. When he sits you he gets immediate action.

Playing other regs can allow you to improve more quickly as well.

He will stop when he gets bored of poker. He may stop if he finds you really tough to play against, but even then he may continue to play you. Another thing he may end up doing is giving it a shot every now and then.

12% is fairly good against a specific opponent over 100 games. I don't know the rake structure, but there is probably around a 95% chance that OP is better.

Given 59 wins and 41 loses with 5% rake, OP would be 13% ROI. His actual ROI range is +/- 14.75% of that in the 99 percentile, +/- 9.84% in the 95 percentile, and +/- 4.92% in the 68 percentile.
