Buy-ins are $0.25, $1, $2, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100. All have the flash and regular speed variants.
imo ROI sucks as a measure for Spins success because of multiplier effects. If you run good with the RNG, you can bump into more 3x/5x than 2x's in a small sample size and that will massively skew your ROI and thus your perception of how well you're doing in these.
What you actually want to look at (presumably you have database software) is
chipEV.

For Ontario, it's not like you have much of a choice anyways. Pokerstars is by far the biggest player pool there is in Ontario for Spin and Gos. Believe me, I've tried other rooms and their traffic is very dead for Spins.
