Hi was just wondering if i could get some advice which site would be best to play SNGS Hu (Not Hypers) starting at $20 limit outside PS and FT as just looking for some easier games being a newbie.

Also looking for sites with some traffic preferably

IPoker and 888 are probably your best options

I'd consider the Winning Network as well (Black Chip and America's Room). They've paid out Non USA players very fast both pre and post black friday (USA players too). Action should be decent enough around that level too and quite soft.

Bovada isn't a bad option either (again, great history of payouts for the last year or two), but no Skrill and players are anonymous (which honestly I'm starting to think is a positive given how many regs avoid it due to that, though no hypers also causes regs to avoid it).

I agree with Oat, iPoker is a great place to look, as well as 888. Keep an eye on the rake at several sites. With high rewards, it should be manageable on iPoker (888 doesn't really have high rewards, so the rake you see is similar to what you're actually paying).

The rake on Party and Ongame is likely too high. I don't believe IPN has the traffic these days. MPN might be worth a glance, with a reliable skin and after VIP/Bonus it could also be an option.
