Apparently there´s shared liquidity on France/Spain already today but without Spin&Go...does anybody know why is this? Is this a temporary thing?

I'd expect it to be temporary. Could be a software/rake/taxes issue.

According to a screenshot of a reply via email from a PokerStars representative (Christian) and for "comercial reasons" there wont be shared liquidity between France and Spain regarding Spin&Gos for the time being at least.
