Absoloutely sick of guys at HU tables, (who I refuse to call regs) hit and running, and griming me. From now on I will mention every single player who does it.

Tonight I reg'd a HU sng thinking it was nlhe, little did I know it was PLO. I said in chat 3 times I hadn't recognised it was plo we were playing and wanted to split the buy-in and he wouldn't respond. I am a semi- recreational player and could be a full on noob for all he knows but all he cares about is his 5% edge in a $30 hu sng. Its embarrassing and shows exactly where poker is heading for.

don't really agree with you OP.

i would probably treat you the same way.

it's too much work to bother chopping.

first of all... i wouldn't trust someone i don't know to send me back my by-in if i lost the flip. so the only way i would agree to chop is if you sit out, and then i send you back your buy in, minus rake. but this is all a big pain in the ass to deal with... first typing all this out, getting you to agree, writing down your name, blinding you out, then sending you back your money. if you're playing other tables, it's hard to do all of this and remain focused on your other tables.

also, this is only $30.... be more careful about what games your register for. and it's PLO... you probably know how to play and stand a good enough chance to win the game.

edit:
If this game was a $500 PLO game and you intended to register for a $5 NLHE game... then obviously it's worth the time to work something out... but for $30, it's more trouble than it's worth.

also... use the filter to filter out games you don't want to play

Are you always this much of a baby? No one owes you anything, it's your fault for regging the wrong tournament. Also, there's no guarantee the guy was looking at chat or even had it on.

If everyone posted useless drivel like this, the HU forum would be a disaster.

Grow up.

Without a chop button, why would you expect another player to trust that you would even honor the chop, let alone expect him to want to chop when you just sat in his game?

Would you have even paid his rake for your mistake?

Would you have even made this thread if you had won the game?
