i often chk back pre at those effective stacks.
in case ISO would use 3x pre and then CB 1/3 or often check with a plan to chk call, not a chk/raise for sure because that will generate too many folds.

as played would CB bigger in every street but as you played then chk-decide river - in case i did not CB bigger and didn't get stacks in on the turn (with a small or noncontinuation on the flop)

jam pre, at low stakes anything but jamming imo is a mistake, people will call all kind of random hands and playing oop is very hard esp for beginners and its the fastest way to play hand

as played Id prob bet something like 3bb and fold to jam.
I dont really want to check, we still can bet for thin value and there is 0 air in villains range, all drawing hands and backdoor fd got there so when they jam Id assume its almost always better hand, randoms turning pairs in to bluffs is sooo rare.
As for other 2 hands, cant tell you much, Im not that familiar with 3 way spots
