Rake increase related strike - general statement from HU community?

I really want to get the idea where we're at right now. I read some broad statement from 100s and that doesnt explain much. Where are the rules and some general info?
How long is it going to last? What about people that go for SNE? What about shottakers that dont really want to waste their time? Any rules on how games vs open sitting division members can get arranged on FTP or lower stakes? What will happen to people who decide to not show solidarity?
Would be nice if that post can get moded and filled with answers. I think its best to have it all in one place.
