Depends on what BB is calling.
You need to be called by worse more often than by better. If he calls only 2 pairs +, you are likely better to jam only straights+, if you think he calls some Kx, you prob can raise some of the best 2 pairs, with your line your best two pair is J7 which is too weak imo, so basically seems straights+.
Just put ranges in some software and take a look on how many two pairs, straights,flushes and top pairs he will have on the river to get better idea.
Also something like raising small/folding with weaker two pairs can be better as you will get more calls and lose less vs very strong hands as I dont believe someone will just bluff jam over your raise
