raise or open shove?

Villian never have 3bet me. He donked quite a lot during the game.
When I played this hand I want wrongly to induce a bluff 3bet in order to call it. The fact he have donked very often makes it more worse.
Next time preflop shove this hand better?
Hero (SB): 635 (15.9 bb)
BB: 365 (9.1 bb)
Preflop: Hero is SB with A

Hero raises to 80, BB calls 40
