Hello,

recently a lot of players have talked about how they would like to see "add another table" feature in PokerStarsīs software. I think if a lot of us who play heads up sit and goīs (especially hypers) show enough incentive for the "add another table" feature, then PokerStars representatives who roam these forums might see that the idea has a lot of potential for both sides - the company and the players and maybe this idea would eventually go somewhere. So for starters maybe we should create a poll to see how many people support this idea. I personally donīt see any drawbacks to this idea since "add another table" feature would require both players to accept, so recreational players who donīt want to add another table wonīt be hurt by this in any way. Since PokerStars wants more regs to play each other anyways then its only good for their revenue to make multitabling easier between regs. So bring forth all of your ideas/concerns/constructive criticism and lets roll!

that has been suggested already long time ago and stars is introducing it in software, when it will be available ? no one knows, prob with pokerstars 7 relase

I know its an old idea, but Stars said that they donīt have the resources to deal with it atm, but maybe we can convince them otherwise so that they will make this a priority.

Ofc everyone wants this. But I also don't think this will benefit stars much. For example, I highly doubt that FTP raked relatively more rake because of this feature, and question how often it is actually used.

I have to disagree...I think nowadays there is much more regwarring going on, esp at high stakes. They could get a lot of rake from lobby fights at 200s+ imo. I donīt see a scenario in which they would actually lose something by adding this.

ftp lobby style is different and add table feature there is basically useless

Well the Stars Rep said that it's somewhere at the end of the to-do-list so I doubt that this feature will be implemented with the release.

What I don't really understand is that a company making millions of dollars takes so much time to implement "simple features".
It would be nice if a Stars Rep can comment on how the programming department functions. For example is the program code too complex, is the programming team too small or are the testing periods 6 months?

It would be good because as it is right now the community stays in the dark.

Maybe PokerStars doesn't see the possible value of adding another table -> More Rake -> More revenue.

It would prob generate several thousand $ in rake per day that they are currently not getting

Yeah I guess you are right. Forgot about how the lobbies are different.

But meh I'm not too sure they get much more rake with this feature if we think about the overall rake that they get in the huge number of different games.

Anyway bottom line is we would like this feature, and this can only increase profits for Stars.

Yeah, it's a common complaint when it comes to companies with tons of $$$ developing software. Throwing more money at developing software doesn't necessarily result in increased productivity though.

Stars sees the benefit of this and wants to put it in. Their resources are being used mainly on PokerStars 7 from all public accounts.

Once PS7 comes out and has a few updates, there's a much better chance that this gets developed.

This would be a great idea, but Stars already is aware and supports this change, so a poll supporting it is redundant at this time.
