I know hand strength is very player and board dependent and each opponent will probably bet the same hands differently but i want just a general empirical estimation about hands strengths and how many street i can call
and profit on average.

for example how many streets i can call in position with top pair bad kicker? second pair? bottom pair? against the unknown opponent?

also how many streets i can call with those same hands against an unknown opponent oop?

when is it correct to stack off with those? is it correct for example to move all in against someone's cbet with second pair at 25bb?

i read on harrington on holdem a little about hand strengths on hu but i think he is too loose , i can hardly see a top pair in hu being equal with a set in fr but i dont know how to play correctly those hands against unknown opponents
especially when i face triple barrels.

Those questions are way too vague. But in general in hypers top pair are the 'nuts' OTF. Post some HH here and watch some husng videos to get a better understanding of the above Qs imo
