This is problem with playing weak hands out of position. I would probably bet the river as well - put some price setting bet of around 150 and fold to a reraise. If you check you will get raised both from players who were drawing to club flush for example or players with better hands like KX or 4X - not really nice spot to make a decision, especially when you got pot raise - kind a bluffy or a monster
