which program is ideal for studying HU and 6max hypers?
icmizer is dope..but it lacks postflop play. flopzilla is a possibility but ive never used it before so I can't personally say if it will work well for HU. CREV ive used as a trial only so my experience with that is limited. i have tried HRC but i don't enjoy the interface all that much. plus i find it difficult to to find answers to questions. that could be because i know nothing of the program too.

i want to be able to analyze preflop push/fold for up to 6 players, i also need the ability to do postflop work vs regs in HU hyper matches. what are your thoughts? should i go with the combo icmizer and flopzilla? CREV alone?

The best software to analyze both pre and postflop situations is CREV imo, it comes with an equilibrium features so you can also run close to GTO solutions.
If i had to choose a combo i would def go with all 3, Flopzilla, ICMizer and CREV. They call complement each other very well and ICMIzer SNG Coach its awesome to fast track your preflop/ICM development/knowledge by a huge amount.

I'm pretty sure the consensus is that PioSOLVER is superior to CREV, at least for HU play.

Agree bot when comparing the prices im giving my vote to CREV, i´ve ren a lot of scenarios on both and compared the results and they´re pretty close together plus im more use to the CREV interface so yeah i prefer CREV.
And they also are launching this month a improved GTO interface that will free for all CREV user that bought it after 31/12/2014, here it is.

I got crev. Maybe somebody will know here, if I do for instance, first hand..10/20 500 stacks..then I create a tree for all actions..then I run equilibrium..if I stick to that can I be exploited? I'm just trying to figure out how it works and what I could use it for

No¡! Equilibrium assumes that if everybody is playing accordingly to the tree their EV will be 0

Right, so if I play equilibrium and villain strays from equilibrium, I will lose long term or he will? What is the point of using such a tool?

If you´re playing equilibrium you can't lose because you force villain to max results of EV=0 meaning you become unexploitable but if he deviates from an equilibrium decision (as often happens in real life) you obviously gain because villain will be making a -EV decision.

I thought so, I mean I know equilibrium isn't max ev. Max exploitative would be max ev. Equilib. ranges are very foreign to me though. Open for mr like 26% and limp the rest. It also doesn't take into account postflop action. Just a baseline to build from I guess.
