Having a bit of trouble of what to do with players who either pot or check on the flop. Seems a little fishy, but gives me a lot of trouble, specifically when I have middle or low pair. Looking for any advice

Narrow your range preflop vs those villains. You''l flop more top pairs and be less faced to this spot and won't mind a pot bet then
