I saw this thread bumped recently, and didn't click on it because I've read it many times before, but again today and started wondering.. what's going on with that thread? People must be coming up with all kinds of awesome mental game theories and stuff... ways to learn how to accept one's faults in poker, how to remove one's ego from the game, how to stop focusing on luck, etc...

Taking my ego out and realizing that I suck at poker has been one of the best things that ever happened for my game. When you know you suck, you can work and improve. If you are 'just running bad', there isn't a ****ing thing you can do.
