I am not OP but I know how to partially answer your question. have you heard of Tommy Angelo ? He might help you a lot on this aspect. You should by his book or watch his video series at DC.
A lot of stuff is involved for example: let's say that in your A-game you score +2ptbb at the games you play but when you tilt you score -3ptbb. Why ? because you play lots of garbage and play ridiculously. So what might help you increase your C-game ? Be nit, for example. When you realize you are on tilt you just play premium hands until you are back to your A-game again.
If a nitty play breakseven then you just saved 3ptbb/hour
That's just an example which I leaned from watching TA series/reading his book. There is no precise answer but I hope you can get the idea
