on monday i recieved an email from stars informing me that they have frozen my account for possible violation of terms and conditions.
on my part i ve been playing the same game and using the same software since i started play spins. now as far as the strategy goes i have always been improving by reviewing my hands on pt4.
when i started spin i joined the greek stable whose main coach was akis_333 and sub coaches were koh1990 and tseloni. i ve started there as a player and procceded to be a coach for approx 1 year.
then the team broke and we all went to our separate ways.
i have nothing to do with illegal software or boting whatsoever and since poker is my main source of income losin my account would be a devastating blow.i would never be anything to risk the safety of my account because i dont have other job, so this account is everything i ve got.
since we went our separate ways with akis and the other guys i havent spoke, seen them or comunicated them in any way
i m posting here to make my case known to the comunity since i ve seen that many regs have the same problem as me.
to conclude if getting coached by akis is a crime and that is why i m being accused i cant do nothing about that and i find it very unjust and unfair plus i m not responsible for anyones illegal actions or activities.
i hope my case closes soon in my favor because i m completely clean and innocent.

its not difficult to understand that i m not botting when you see that i have 53cev all dates 49cev this year and 43cev last 2 months with 1000-1500 games per month volume... so yes for me that they frozen my account is for no reason and i say again that i m not responsible for my ex coaches illegal actions or activities.

i hope your Lol is about my ridiculous run this year :P

I chuckled at him pointing out that all your coaches in that stable were botters.

The public opinion here isn't going to influence whether or not your account gets unlocked.

On another note, can someone explain to me how having 43-53cev lends proof for or against someone botting? I don't really understand how it really factors in for either side as any real proof.

i suppose that the use of the bot is to make someone perform better at the tables. as you can see thats not the case for me. my results are going downhill. i dont know how to judge and determine the exact cretiria to know whether someone its using bot or not, i just making simple assumptions. plus i think that a botter would play significant bigger volume than i do.

There have been losing bots, breakeven bots, marginally winning bots and really good bots. Some of the same bots have spanned some/all of those categories as they are refined. I wouldn't judge someone's stats as going up or down 10-20% as evidence either way.

Not all illegal software (not by a long stretch) is fully automated. It may tell you what decision to make, it may tell you what decision to make in certain areas, you could simply be using too many charts against the rules and manually looking things up. Game difficulty/opponent difficulty can be variable (based on season, randomness, etc.). Just too many factors imo.

Add to that someone could bot 75% of the time and play without 25% of the time. Not likely, but further complicates things if you're just studying results and don't see huge variations in results over time.

I would add that unfortunately for a lot of Greek players, a number of your top guys in the husng + spin field have been lifetime banned for botting and have openly tried to sell their bot on skype, in addition to running a very large stable. While I'm sure most Greek players are legitimate, given the financial and personal ties within the Greek community between well-known banned botters and average players, it shouldn't come as a surprise that a bunch of accounts are getting frozen and investigated.

Coming here and trying to defend yourself, talking about mediocre cev, etc. are all worthless. Comply with PS and keep your fingers crossed; if you're legitimate there's a very high chance your acct will be cleared. If not, having "community support" here or whatever will in no way impact PS' decision.

The bots you mension are all old type bots.

Up to date bots are all solver GTO based.

I still wonder why ps has to freeze all these regs for that big ammount of time for such investigations.

Just examine players hud over a big period and see if there are any significant changes.
Hire some top regs with GTO knowledge and examine through hh if a player is very close to GTO lining.
See if there are any major changes to a players setup.

If none of this happens then 99,999% this player is not botting, and ofc to see all these there is no need to initially freeze the account and even more no need to restrict the player 1-5 months from playing .

Unfortunately Freeq7z and fontainerot(sorry for thinking you as a bot) are only two cases of ps unfair freezing. Be sure there are more of them coming and even more regs unjustly getting banned.

I am sure that the integrity department is comprised of people that have little or no idea of up to date Poker and that is very sad. If you want to fight back against botting at 2017 you need to have specialists.

SpinPlayer: you forgot to mention checking the changes in transfers too Thats also a great indicator as botters are leaving their legit stables.
