im evan from Greece and i live for almost 5 years in Zurich, Swicherland. i apologize if i dont wright in a proper way but im realLy frustrated with pokerstars.

i have a good job here and i like playing spin n go in my free time. i ve been doing that for about 1.5 year. since my salary here is way great than the ones in Greece and i like adrenaline, i started almost right away from 100s spins and this is a good explenation for loosing for several months up to 40k as well as i didnt have the knowledge and skill to win.

they checked me twice with several questions and security tests before they decided to increase my deposit limit up to 45k per month. during this period they didnt bother cos i payed a lot of rake and deposits as well. over the months, since im not stupid and i had a previous experience in poker ( many many hours live cash in casino and some mtts) i used pokertraker for reviews of my game and watched other regs playing for hours until i succeed to improve my game step by step.

i dont want to tire u much more so im closing shortly. i recieved a mail yesterday after my account was frozen asking me which is my relation to akis_333?

like i said i ve been playing for almost 1.5 year 25k games totaly, less than 2k game per month, still loosing money but almost break even eventhough 70k below my spinev. so what the hell did i do wrong to deserve that? how u do that to someone who has 39 cev overall and struggle to improve like 40-42cev lately and with so small volume? my crime is that i was born in Greece? or a bot wich is new trend plays 2k games montly with 40cev? how many of u reported me to happen this and based on what?

is there anyone here who has played against me a lot and can help me to prove that i did nothing wrong? recently tauroxus chatted me while playing that too many swiss acount appeared recently. is this my fault too?

i would appreciate anyones contribution since a put much energy and time in this game and i expected my comeback to reach my spinev eventually. but now that my run improved a bit they freeze me??

my last months cev is 40 and my overall is 39. they can check it anytime if they want i case they havent already.
also to mention that i was told recently that im considered a vip member, so i was invited to a tennis event in basel. i attended and met with a representative oft theirs whom with we talked about poker and other staff for hours.

So you were big loser when joined player pool at first then you just watched other regs playing and reviewing your own hands and suddenly became winner ? Chip EV graph ? It's not coincidence that people are getting account frozen after bots were being sold publicly.

well done to u cos u seem super smart!! well done to stars and to u watergun personally cos u seem to be doing a very good job. what u mean suddenly when i mention that i ve been playing 1.5 year spin, many years mtts and even more cash games online and live in casinos? they can see my ev and i have no problem to post everything here since its all true. lifetime 100s 39 cev and last months 40. i studied on my own and had previous exprerience for many years in poker. but even when i was loosing much money had around 32 cev with a terrible run. not sure if making any difference to post everything here cos guys like u considering themselves so smart will always find other explenations. not sure if there is any meaning of going on this thread since they respond a while ago (super fast) that they think i have close relation to a person considered not welcomed and im not allowed to play any more.

i do not wish to u or others to happen the same and kill your dream like they did to mine cos im not that kind of person. i even already regret my offences against u and watergun but im really frustrated about this incident.

its so clear to me that stars is trying to kick every reg or semi-reg like me and make the site a pleasant environment for recreational who will loose all their money in rake( no rake back) and especially casino and sports. pretty sure it will happen very soon since it happened to me without any reason at all.

i challenge anyone in public if he doubts i did something wrong to prove what im saying but for a meaning. i wont waste more of my time for no reason.

So you have a bad lifetime ev to hide in, doesn't remove the possibilities of a newly purchased bot that triggered stars off cause it was such a massive gameplan change. Or similarity with others down to the low freq stuff. Idk if your clean or not but ppl who are clean get their account unlocked after investigation (check other threads/situations) so just sit tight if you're innocent.

going in 6-7 months from 32 cev to 39 is absolutely normal putting so hard work in, otherwise i would have quit long ago. besides they know really well that im not using anything illegal cos they search my pc and can see what progrmas im running. also i use only one monitor so i guess no way to have a bot or anything similar. and last one, anyone familiar to the game could see that im playing nothing like balanced but like a smart guy, i consider myself, with some knowledge and many leaks.

but if u still dont believe me just trust them. in their final responce they dont mention any illegal stuff. they just claim that i have close relation with some guy who causes them serious issues, no name this time.

All the innocent guys have been unlocked so far so probably best to sit tight and just be happy that poker isnt your main source of income, the other guys that got banned are full time pros and probably have no idea whats going to happen to them

u have a point about the big picture. but when u love poker like me, u put so much energy and time in it and u run for 1.5 year below spin ev u hope-expect that some time u will reach it and be rewarded for your effort. this dream is over for me sicne they so easily, permanently banned me and i have no idea for what reason.

hope better chance for the other guys but dont really think so.

just read below and ask yourself if im that guy akis like u claim how i went in basel meeting that guy, why i have so small volume with 39 cev. and why im doing all this for an avg account.

i didnt know that u have to be an english expert so u can be good at poker. plus i ensure u that my english is much better than u read here considering im writing on a hurry and frustrated as been working same time and my aim is to improve my german since im already live here for 5 years with every proof and planning to live many years as well

No money at poker guys, recreational players just comes into highest buy-in's, look at your hands and their PT4 and is a winner in no time !

lol no time is 1.5 year? i should remind u that i was recreational in spin and stil loosing money bu now, but with big experience in poker. also bought a good hud from market and read and watched available staff.
