PLO10.5 I barrel twice and don't know what to do on river..

only the 4th hand, only postflop action was villain c/minraising a J28 flop then firing halfpot on river (I checked turn back, folded river)

eff stacks t1240

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is BB with J

Villain calls t10, Hero raises to t60, Villain calls t40

Flop: (t120) 7

(2 players)
Hero bets t80, Villain calls t80

Turn: (t280) 9

(2 players)
Hero bets t160, idiot calls t160
I barrel here as we have a lot of blockers to the straight, and a bdfd never hurts

River: (t600) 5

(2 players)
Hero checks, intending to c/f, Villain bets t150
Hero knows he cant call, but now really wants to spewshove over villain's small bet because he has 2 blockers to the nuts and nobody c/shoves rivers as a bluff

Thoughts?

lol@talking about blockers at a 10$ plo sng. And ye just check behind,hand is too weak to raise.

I'm pretty sure having 2 jacks in my hand makes it half as likely he has a jack in his hand whatever level I'm playing...

Pretty hard to check behind when someone bets.

Spamz is that because we're bloating the pot with a hand that's hard to play? I'm still struggling with preflop hand selection in PLO but have generally been raising habitual limpers with JJxx and QQxx as well as premiums for value. Would the raise be fine if the 6,3 were some combination of facecards? What about a JJ78 type hand?

JJ87 would be a million times beter
in general, handstrength in plo is higher, so you're looking to make 2 pair or better
with this hand, you can only flop a set basically, trips a couple % of the time (though no kickers to hit) and a 6-high flush or a really rare straight
that's it, nothing else
just look at how your hand does against any 4 cards in all-in equity alone:
