Haven't played many hands, villain has cbet in almost every single raised pot at the pfr, he c/c, c/c, donked almost pot with the flopped nut flush.

Pre Flop: (t30) Hero is SB with 4 cards
Hero raises to t40, BB raises to t120,
Hero calls.

Flop: (t240) 4 5 5 (2 players)
BB bets t180.00, Hero raises to t400, BTN/SB calls.
I generally put unknowns 3betting on heavily AAxx/KKxx if they have shown themselves not to be ******ed so far), in any case this flop missed pretty much everything and i expect my raise to take it down here a lot.

Turn: (t1040) Q (2 players)
BB checks, Hero shoves??? (800 behind)

QQxx improved but that's about it (and a small part of his range imo) I think i can fold out a lot of single big pair type hands that are now wondering if i've spiked a lucky 5 or FH. I realise I rep a very narrow range but think villain's range is weak enough that I'm hoping for an "Oh I'm beat, I fold"

Thoughts? Is this just total spew? How's my betsizing if i intend to shove turn (i tried to make my shove about 3/4 pot)? If I shouldn't be shoving turn when checked to does our raise size change OTF?

Given your reads I would like the flop c/r if it wasn't a 3bet pot.
You said you put most unknowns on AA/KK when 3betting and then your flop c/r was called... not sure why you want to barrel when it is early and you don't have any reason to believe you can make villian fold the range you put him on. fold to his c-bet here.

ime ppl don't lay down overpairs often enough here at $10s

I'm terrible at PLO but I've played a few of these and people don't like folding overpairs in 3b pots. Hoping for "oh it looks like he flopped trips/a house" is way too optimistic, your avg 10 dollar player thinks something more like "I have AA....he COULD have a draw ok i call"

if you do this, make sure you have some sort of wrap and maybe even turned flushdraw now

also def depends on what your 4 cards are as well . if it's like 89TJ, it's pretty bad. Better if it's like A478cc/A467cc.
