Playing the BB vs borderline maniacs

I was wondering if someone had a good strategy for playing the BB vs players who constantly raise and c-bet. I generally 3-bet shove Ax, 22+, suited broadways etc. But what can I call with? No matter what calling strategy I try, it seems like I'm losing money at an enormous rate. Particularly through redline. Any insight?

I would try to x/r all-in some semi bluffs, or shove hands that have decent fold equity vs his c-betting range.
I don't know exactly which hands are good to shove or bad to shove tho, don't want to give bad advice since I don't play enough of these HUSNGs.
