playing 8-13 bb deep - push/fold question

Im currently playing 30s and is about to move up 60s.
Can anyone give me examples (or link to a strat thread) where push/fold is not max ev at 8-13 bb vs a reg? Obv. i limp/min raise vs fish but i allways find myself playing push/fold vs regs at these stacks.
