I have to give this idea my highest +1,000,000 support. If the client software if able to display a message when registering for a tournament that if you disconnect or sit-out you will be blinded out, it would only take a few lines of code to implement a check for disconnect status by either player and then allow them to reconnect before the SNG starts or the other player the chance to unregister if the wait for reconnect is too long.
Obviously, this might cut into profits for the poker sites though because either way they make rake if the player is disconnected or not but I think the decrease in users complaining and contacting support about these issues should be worth the change.
