This is so weird. I actually saw this go down. I rarely ever watch others play but I happened to catch bjoerni play some 2k/5k and was so impressed with his aggression (man, 4-bet shoving with K2o on dry board, that was gold!)........anyways, I saw this go down, his disconnect, PlauZee swooping in like a vulture.

Once, I disconnected and my opponent she was nice enough to return the $$$ to me even tho I told her to keep it.

I hope this behaviour is not std...don't tell me PlauZee is another Andrew Feldman...

I play the $200-$1k HU sngs on Stars under the same name, I don't post much but I do read the forums reasonably regularly. I just felt like I wanted to contribute to this thread because of the seriousness of what happened and to give my 2 cents as a fellow HU reg. I'm not saying my word is law or anything, it was just a suggestion...

emailed the stars support a few days ago by the way. They said they are discussing the case. I think IF there is a pokerroom which refunds such an amount, it is stars. Well I stay positive and hope for the best, thats all I can do anyway. =)

If they read this thread, would be more chance for refund.

IMO, there's a huge difference between just sitting someone who's disconnected to blind him down and selling action to do so.

I mean if you just sit, then you can just play dumb and argue that you didn't see a reason to wait from him to return while he's "blocking" the lobbies. But if you sell action, that means you never had any intention of actually playing him if he was around.

Why would a 5k ps reg sell action to sit some1 who is disconnected?

I don't think Stars thinks OP would quit stars if he doesn't get his refund, tbh. They would get good publicity/loyalty from the case though, of course, and they might still do it, but it wouldn't be a case of "if we don't do it we won't get his rake".

because he is scared as hell opponent connects again and he has to play a 5k HUSNG against a regular with no edge.

He's not a 5k reg though, he plays 5ks but unless I'm mistaken sells a lot of action.

I think he's a $200-1k reg, I saw him a lot at $330 late last summer. I think his latest blog also showed mostly $200-500 action.

I can't see any of his actual stats anywhere, but the primary motives seem to be personal feud and lack of funds type situation (maybe not busto, but I can't find the right word).

Personal feud has lost a lot of weight as this thread grows. He doesn't show any hostility to OP in any of his posts, people pointed out nice words from Plauzee on his blog before... I just don't see personal motivators and Plauzee hasn't clued us in to any real personal motivation for this. I really think he just wanted free money and didn't have enough money/discipline to resist the temptation.
