Hi,
villain was loose-passive, min-bet a lot.
His min-raises were usually with really bad hands like bottom pair.
He has never done something like this so far.

A fold might be obvious but i often see people doing this crazy stuff with a flushdraw or even worse.
Hero is modiano here.
