What do we do here? Bet? Check? It just feels like too many draws have finished up.

Is it ok to proceed on these like that? I was doing it because on the flop I had a OESD, so I called. The turn added a flush draw, so a call again. But, had to give up... Is it ok to try catching something or is it just better to wait for something else?

      Extra question:

How do people even get their EV lines going up? I just feel like this game is mostly about shoves (well, it gets to that often),and there's nowhere to get a lot of EV from, so where does the +EV come from?

      1. )
yea after he checks turn AND the river I bet here.

      2. )
hmm dont like the line here, but I´m a nit
I would fold on the flop against a 60/80 cbet because if we hit our straight it is very hard to get chips in the pot on a QJ109 board for example.

about EV I cant help you, maybe some other guys can say something about the hands and the ev question?

      1) I would bet something around 80 to get him to call with A or K high that he might have floated the flop with. If he raises I fold.

      2) Line is ok. On the flop we have the OESD and pickup the flushdraw on the turn, so two calls are ok, but only if you think you can get paid of by villain on the river, as you don't have the odds to call.

Hypers are very much endgame, so most games end with shoving situations. You get the +EV from getting it in as a favor. Say you have AA shove preflop and villain calls with KK. Your Ev line goes up. I wouldn't worry to much about the line in the shortterm as it is also kind of shaky, just concentrate on playing villains ranges and get it in good against his range and your ev line will go up over time.
