Folding this flop is fine, you're dominated a lot. 20% 3bet probably means <10% 3bnai, which is almost always a totally nutted range.

Pre-flop is fine. I'd fold the flop though. I'm not a fan of calling the flop bet because the bet size looks like he's preparing to shove the turn. Even if we hit Q or T on the turn it might not be good. Shoving I guess is a little light here as well.
