Pre Flop: (pot: 30) Hero has 2d Ac
Hero raises to 40, BB raises to 100, Hero calls 60

Flop : (200, 2 players) 3c 6d Qc
BB checks, Hero bets 100, BB calls 100

Turn : (400, 2 players) 8c
BB checks, Hero bets 300 and is all-in

Reviewing the hand it seems kinda terrible play. Thoughts?

If he's a reg (not sure what limit this is), you might want to jam over the 3bet, as regs tend to have more air than value in NAI 3b ranges.

If this is a fish fold to the 3b.

Postflop is bad as well, just try to check it down for showdown value.
