I've been playing around with spins (only 25c) and I use HM2. First of all I've read that \$ev in spins isn't calculated correct in HM2 and is hence therefore useless, is this true? I've also tried to find chip ev in HM2 but the closest I can find is this Is this the same thing? If so what is good/bad? I'm aware that sample size etc is all meaningless I just want to know how I can go about gauging what's going on.

Orange line/ games. 10000/141 and you'll get chip EV. Put it into formula and you should have made 2,5\$, put you could make negative % of expected even after thousands of games.

Thanks for the response, what formula are you talking about though?

And yeah I know that variance in these things is very high I just had no idea how to get an idea of what's going on in these things.

10000/141 = 70.9219858156

From what I've looked up

[3*(1-0.08)*(500+Cev)/1500]-1 gives you an ROI 0.0504964539

0.0504964539*0.25*141 = \$1.78 which doesn't add up.

This looks correct.

As in you sent them an email? If I had serious money on there and got banned for no reason I'd get a reply.

Thx for reply. PT4 said it exported X num hands + Y num tourney summaries, yet it only actually exported hands no summaries, which is dumb.

Yeah, but requesting hands from the site is not really a viable option due to me not being able to access the data fast and concurrently with me using a poker tracking software + too much overhead.

Emails are the nut worst way of contacting people when you want something done and they don't really care all that much.

Yeah, 100%. But it's about tourney \$ net won vs EV \$ net won winnings graph, not chips won graph. Same applies for tourneys, IIRC, the EV graph is just wrong

Yeah, probably. Always when I bing a place in the tourney HM2 shows me basically same EV as real money won for the wins and then just adjusts lost money to EV chips won or whatever.

Thus for reviewing tournament graph, PT4 is better, it uses some kinda of formula to adjust won scores too. Next post = rant.

What you are talking about seems to be for MTTs not STT?

MTTs and Spins, never really had sample on non-lottery STTs so no idea.

No answer in a forum here will be very helpful in determining these numbers. 100 spins and 60s spins graphs will be more accurate for sure- since the long term is tested here by a lot of regs, and there are a lot of graphs. But again- almost every single player that posts graphs has incentive to represent a higher winrate long term. Big stables with good graphs pretty much use the guys at highstakes as advertising to get sign ups. And if they have enough players at high stakes (say 10 players with 30cEV long term)- they will always produce very good graphs on a monthly basis due to variance and obviously no reason to post losing month graphs. True, long term, consistent results at 100s are very rarely posted, and pretty much only done so by someone trying to sell coaching. It's a dog eat dog business.
