Its impossible to have proof of somebody botting unless i can see his monitor, so if i have suspicions i think its perfectly reasonable to report him and let him show proof that hes legit, especially with all the facts i posted

yea thats fair i didnt say they are the same person tho, that just came across wrong i think, afaik they are not the same person but they are close friends who are banned? you can correct that if its wrong

Isn't Tema2010 banned as well? Considering the absolute loads of spin regs that get frozen and then unfrozen, without BAN, these guys must have really ****ed up

oh really? didnt know this, no idea why im being so nice to a piece of **** then, pretty convinced even if flawless gets unfrozen hes still up to something dodgy, **** these guys and anybody that has anything to do with them

I got frozen for 10days for using a program with preflop charts and got unbanned, why are you and the other guys still banned? all i had to do was say sorry to stars, are you refusing to say sorry?

no problems to say sorry, but after warnings i continued using it, though charts cant be so serious if other rooms allow it, and i waited for extra attention. So i recieved it. Don't repeat my mistakes. Because now i know how silly i made.

Some problems with charts too as i know.

But i can understand PS, when it was big wave of bots it would be really hard to understand are you good guy or not. And it explains their severity.

And see now you are agree with me, but some days ago you called me piece of ****. So do not make premature conclusions

Mine was static preflop charts for each position, facing a 3b etc with a few notes on there for adjustments, i think the problem was that i had it in an app and the app could of been doing anything, so they wanted me to send the app so they could review it and make sure it wasnt a bot i guess....

They made me apologise and then unbanned me, told me not to use the app again so i would imagine they are not ok with any charts at all

I thought having charts by action up while playing has been disallowed for a few years now.

Email them about what is allowed, I thought they allowed like an A5 or two worth of static information that isn't based on an opponent's actions/adjustments. Someone here has to know or can email Stars to ask.

They aren't clear on what exactly is allowed but if you can't print it on a piece of paper then it is too advanced and not allowed.

Basically anything more than nash push fold charts are prohibited.

I have around 10k games in partypoker and just got a single 25x and i doubt i seriously doubt i got the 50 10x i should get on average.
Sadly given partypoker hand history rules there is no way i know how to check my multiplier ratios.
how does the community check partypoker RNG on spins is working properly?

if you cant use charts at live poker, then its cheats

its like using hack to play CS:GO on your home PC

then you go to play live CS:GO tournament, with 5 PC all set up on stage. Where is your hack? you will be kicked out of tourament/stage in less than 1 second.
