Filtered for $100 spins when hu, overall 15bb in the sb, 9bb in the bb

I asked a question a couple of days ago about a spin with 4x multiplier where i got kicked out of (pokerstars crash or internet crash, nobody knows) with 1300/200 chips. Some of you guys said i had to ask Pokerstars for restitution BI or chip EV results..

I received a mail tonight that it's not always handled like this and maybe will never be again. They said they know that it wasn't their software (because opponent was possible to play through), but they "value" my action, so they restituted my BI for this one time to show their good will..

Paid out a decent amount of winnings tonight. Unfortunately started the night with a little over 3 times that amount.. Every time i consider poker as something serious, i start fresh on small levels and invest a lot of time to build a solid roll, to blow the same roll on higher stakes, mostly resulting in a massive tilt + Blowup.

Started with a 20$ roll 25th of Jan. Grinded iT up to 510 top using 1$, 3$, and later 7$ and in big winning sessions shots at 15$. Couldn't win Flips tonight and instead of moving down, tried to turn things around at 15s.

THE loss is to big to play comfortable at this point or to start over, so i think i take out everything so i'd not completely wasted everything and still have earned a couple of hundred bucks last week. Think i got to greedy.. would've been Nice to protect it and cashout on a daily basis without losing my mind. IT definitely seemed like iT was easy and fun money..

fkn a$$holes... I sent them an email asking about it, this was there reply:

We periodically adjust promotions in this way to ensure we are getting the maximum number of players involved.

We have adjusted the minimum play requirements and minimum rewards for several players, after reviewing the performance of the promotion over the last couple of weeks.

While your own potential average reward is reduced, your minimum play requirements are also significantly reduced.

Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us.


I replied to this email basically stating that you want as many players to take part in a promotion, thats why its called a promotion. So reducing the buy in requirement is still a win win for both the player and pokerstars because now the player will also be able to take part. The player won't care that the potential reward amount was reduced because they weren't taking part in it anyway. But reducing the potential reward for those players already taking part is unfair. Lets see if they will change my buy in back to $7, Am awaiting there answer.

Is anybody else having issues with PT4 tracking results from 6x+ multipliers?

Jeez I don't think we can complain too much about spinball $ being lower. It's a good deal all round for us.

I'm having issues with all tables being highlighted in the lobby. Email import doesn't work with PT4 anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What cEV people move up at? If play 15 and have ~60cEV over GOOD sample would try 30s?

Haha, no wonder i was surprised about the quality of the promotion. Somebody of the staff probably made a smallish calculation mistake.
