I think not. The sharkscope desktop does exactly the same... It's only information about the player, like how many games he played, roi, profit etc.

Hi all,

I've recently started playing spins but having trouble with a basic hud and don't want to buy a more complex one until I can figure out my issue. My doesn't start over me but over top left player ( I am bottom). I can move it around in the cog menu in the HM2 table menu but I can't get it to stay on me. It's fine on every other version of poker (HU, six max, full ring etc). Any one know how to fix this?

When i move up to Spin$15, Stars send me an email, asking some questions
I send my answers, and soon recieved another email from support,
asking me to film my playing session in 10 days period.
I do everything they ask, send my video to them.
Wait for an answer for 3 weeks and received "your account closed"
Can somebody help me?

I don't get it. You've played 15s for 4 months yet you're talking about 3 weeks after you moved to 15s this happened.

From what I can gather, Pokerstars thinks you played substantially different in your 'recorded' session than you did in your other sessions, which leads them to believe you're using third party tools to gain an unfair advantage.

I've heard of plenty of people having to send videos in, but never anyone who got banned from the video evidence. So on that basis I'd say the evidence against you is probably strong. Then again the new Pokerstars under Amaya has proven to be quite scummy, so...

Bit of a longshot, but is there anyone here that speaks both Danish and English and would be willing to trade Danish language lessons for poker coaching?

yet your account will be closed, if you do make money on them

I wouldn't say opening a Stars account then immediately winning at spins is something truly noteworthy. I myself played on a different site prior to transferring to spins, and was a winner right from the first day because of my prior experience. You'd all probably be looking at my account and saying it was 'suspicious'.

I'm not so comfortable with Stars just being able to ban someone based off a 1 hour video recording unless the evidence is absolutely ironclad. I mean where does it end? 'I'm sorry sir, but your turn checkraise was 5% lower in this 1 hour video than your other games, GTFO our site and we'll keep your money'?

Could be that this aboveEV guy is guilty as **** and Stars is rightfully nailing him, but if the only evidence is a video recording of his play...well, the differences in playstyle would have to be absolutely vast based on that sort of sample (which could be as low as 20 spins or so depending on how many tables they're playing).

I highly doubt they're just basing this off of a hunch given they took his money. Plenty of times they suspect something but do nothing or just close an account down due to lack of evidence. If you're truly innocent, appeal to the correct gaming jurisdiction in your area that licenses Stars.

In these cases, there's usually more that the player isn't telling us.

- Did you have a custom/private HUD? If so, lets talk about some of the stats that were on it.

- Were you using any other tool or software outside of PokerTracker?

- Were you playing on your account 100% of the time?

- Was anybody ever watching you play?

Some of those stats (like limp raise) depend on previous actions, so could be considered dynamic.

However, that would be a surprising ban/confiscation, not to get a warning.

Publish your full emails in a post if you can (or better yet, screenshot them and upload them to something like gyazo and link here). There has to be some specific question or statement they made to you in one of the emails to give you an idea of what actually got you banned.
