Yes, I'm afraid your profitability does depend on what time zone you're in. I've been semi-seriously
considering switching between Fiji and (Western) Samoa to this end. That's if you don't speak Spanish at a passable level, otherwise Latin America is at your disposal.
Note that, though Belize technically has English as the official language, it's a poor option for online grinding because internet communication there is atrocious and expensive. The same probably applies to the Bahamas (which are rather expensive to live in, to make things worse).
In order to make poker friends, you don't need to emigrate, it suffices to move to Whistler (BC) where regs congregate.
