Can someome please help me with the new daily leaderboards of spin n gos at pokerstars?
My problem is that i cant register for the daily race. I am supposed to press "Start" on the challenge window but when I open the challenge window I get a message saying "we currently have no challenges".
Anyone faced the same problem?

Thanks

Just completed one of those "Team Stars" surveys. Looks like they are going to change the minimum multiplier from 2x to 1.5x with an increased chance to hit the jackpot multipliers.

Hey guys, can anyone share with me FORMULA how to calculate spin EV on PT4.
I have spinEV stat for PT4 (I guess 80% of community members have it who play spins), but I know for sure, that this stat is inaccurate, and formula in it is bad.
I need some kind of formula which is used in SwongSim, and would calculate correct Spin EV on PT4.

Can anyone help me?

2nd time I ever played in a 4x daily tourney @ Caesars in LV as I usually play cash, 15k starting stack, one table 9 handed as of rn, 2nd level 100-200, hero has 10.5k back, 4 limps to hero in BB with KcQh, hero raises to 1300, UTG +1 calls (covers us), SB calls (covers us). Flop Qs10s6c, hero 2400 (intending to jam favorable turns), UTG + 1 folds, SB calls (Pot 9100), turn 3h, SB check, Hero james 6.5-7k whatever is left, and SB tank calls with AQxx and we get honors of being first to get knocked out. Question: I rarely play tournaments, should I just check the BB in early stages of a daily tourney? is this one of the few times I'll get caught with AQ and should expect to win this more often than not? Thank you

anyone playing GG?

right now with 10bb on the button, i play a jam or fold strategy but it seems maybe there's still more wiggle room for other options. should i be throwing in some limping/minraising? if so, how do i construct these ranges?

also, for headsup play, playing the "jam/fold nash strategy" at 8-10bb doesn't feel so good. that is, it feels exploitable. am i correct in thinking that this jam/fold strategy is only useful if you and your opponent sort of implicitly handshakes on playing jam or fold?

and finally, is multiplayer (more than 2 players) equilibrium strategy even useful? it feels only useful if all the other players are playing it and you're the odd man out.

At least hu you don't really want to be playing push/fold until 5-6bb, and even then you can throw in a small limping strat if you want. 10 is definitely a bit deep for pure push/fold unless you're a beginner.

3h btn I'd imagine it's fine but my 3h game is very rusty lol.

Multiway stuff is definitely useful to take some principles from imo. Even if your opponents are deviating it shouldn't be a huge concern unless they're colluding against you or something.

if you're only pushing and folding, you can't realize equity with many weaker hands. with 10bb stacks a game optimal preflop strategy does a ton of balanced limps in order to play more hands aka realizing more equity.

a good start is by starting to limp stronger hands and balance them with hands that are the best folds you would make right now with your push-fold strat.

Hi,

Can someone recommend me a good training site for spin & go ´s? Ideally for very fast ones like the spin & gold format on ggpoker?

I feel like I am possibly pushing too loose in certain spots. But I dont know. Maybe its only variance.

this is a far too general question without considering stacksizes and what hands you chose to open from the btn.

get software like holdem ressource manager or icmizer, if you want to figure out what to shove in a nash context.
there are no good trainingssites for free that have spin and go content.
the twitch streamer team op poker has done a little bit of cheaper content. otherwise you would need to join a stable in order to get your hands on high quality content.

Basic question, I know... How can I see my cEV stat? Preferably, on HM3 which is what I use.

Thanks.

We'll have a brand new video pack, more comprehensive than our previous packs combined, up on HUSNG.com in the next week. For Spins and HUSNGs. I'll have a full thread on it when it launches here. It'll be what you'd expect from a top flight staking program, and we plan to continuously update it yearly as well.

Hey guys just a couple of thoughts. I used to play with a stable about 5 years ago but it was brief. Anyway I used to crush the 7s and started to crush the 15s.
Starting again I've a small BR of $500. I was playing the 2s at about 80 ev over 600 games. I think I have some bad habits from falling back on a 6 year old stable strategy, that even then I think was built to punish population tendencies and not the best poker. I have had much better results mentally and in cev when I try to stay in control and avoid push / fold at around 8 to 15 BB.
I've absorbed some of the information from the HU challenge w Polk Dnegs as well which has been useful.
Any you guys know where to start looking at in PT4 to plug leaks ?

Nevermind, I understood that I needed PT4 and adding a custom stat. I’m all set!

How many games to start getting a reliable cEV figure? 100, 1000, 10000, ...

The more the better.

You probably won't know your real winrate in the beginning, as you will always be elvolving as a player.

And get ready for HUGE swongs.
