2+2 is free and there's a ton of material here, though you will get better a lot faster by watching some video packs.
If I started now I would buy Fydor_8's master video pack, watch it through, take careful notes and print out the pre-flop hand ranges. I don't use them to a tee anymore, but you need some sort of a starting point.
I have no affiliation to him, but from all the packs I've gone through I think it's the best value for money for a beginning player.
After that I'd buy coffeecals or ICMIZER 2 to work on lategame strategy. I greatly prefer coffeecalcs because it's really good for tuning your pre-flop ranges in general. PT4 is also really good to analyze population tendencies and go through your hand histories.
