I think Im quitting the game. All the ring tables are just full of TAGS. Now as of recently all the heads up tables are full of decently solid players. I cannot get hands anymore. When I move in ahead and get called I get sucked out, but when I'm behind I never dog. It's so depressing. 4 years and I can't get off the small tables. I tried every approach. My winnings are marginal...not enough to justify playing. I have no question or whatever. I know this thread will probably get deleted. I'm just really depressed the government screwed over internet poker to the point where it's all good players with about 1 in 10 players being donks.

Now it's just a few really good players trading games HU. Are the really good players the ones who just dive bomb and win? I can't beat those kind of maniacs. Raise every button?? That doesn't work the opponent just slowplays you after awhile. I'm so ****ing depressed to work this hard to be a good player and all of a sudden I realize I'm not that good. I have no shot. All the hard work down the drain.

Just go play 10nl rush poker on 2 tables. It's fun. The players are really bad. If you make a little money, move up to 25nl rush.

Thanks for being the only reasonable person Ive seen in the few weeks I've been participating who hasn't talked down to others. I'm just lashing out after weeks of douche bag replies to my questions that were pretty normal. I think I'll take your advice and quit my 7th loss in a row came with A10 board A883 board guy calls 1010 and one outs me...i was already at my breaking point. from a quick review of your 33 posts, you played for 3 years prior to joining this forum at $10 sng and lower, finally came here to improve and posted 3 extremely general and extremely standard questions/complaints as your first 3 threads, and got incredibly good advice considering the fact that your questions were borderline lock-worthy material.

you also reacted quite harshly anytime someone was sarcastic or responded negatively to your threads, which is a reaction you might understand from the forum regulars if you understood how many people online experience the exact same thing as you are now and post the same threads over and over. you don't seem to cope well with the variance in poker, maybe it's just not for you. but i can guarantee that some legitimate effort on your part (posting hands with questions, reading basic theory, signing up with husng.com, reviewing your sessions, and eventually getting coaching) you would eventually learn to deal with variance and succeed at heads up poker.

You say the edge is too thin, well that's exactly why you need to not be lazy and put in some work..so you can create a bigger edge. People would take you more seriously if you didn't say you were lazy and then talk about getting sucked out on.
