Hi

What helps you guys ease off grinding?
I can play computer games 24 hours straight but playing 2hours of husng hypers is like almost my limit, I Just take constant useless breaks because I get bored but I want to put more volume. I think my average is around 50 games and I get bored but I have way more time to play I just find something else to do.

You can play computer games for 24 hours because it's fun.
You want to play husng hypers for hours because..? Answer that and you have your motivation.

because I want to build my bankroll and move up in stakes, I have booked coaching which cost 50% of my roll. But that doesnt give me motivation to keep on playing for hours, its just my goals.

If your goals aren't motivating you, either your goals aren't good enough or you don't have a strong enough reason to reach them, or you have a stronger reason not to reach them.

Why do you want to build your bankroll up and move up in stakes?

I think the better question to ask is why you don't want to play and address that. Become aware of your subconscious resistance to action, then overcome it.

For example I couldn't grind because it was too boring, but it took me long time to realize. However once you realize the root cause of your lack of motivation you can take steps to improve.

maybe u should set urself goals like playing ur A game for x hours per day,
make a topic in goals forum and post graph for every day
