Need help with pre-flop ranges. Need help with pre-flop ranges.

First of all, I apologise if this is elsewhere: I'm terrible with the Search function and haven't found the information I'm after.

I've played about 60 HUSNG's at the microstakes now (So yeah, uber-noob) at an okay but nowhere-near-good ROI. I'm outplaying people, but I make a lot of pre-flop mistakes, so I've been trying to make some ranges to help me out until I'm able to get more specific reads. At the moment, I have for out-of position:

Hyper-aggressive: 85%. (I also do this for the first few hands, after reading lagdonk's post about preflop ranges)
Aggressive: 75%.
Tight: 65%.
Uber-nitty: 55%. (Basically anti-maniac.)

The idea is that I can switch between these ranges and adjust them slightly as I become a better player.

So my question is, are my OOP ranges okay, and what should I be using for IP? (when facing a standard-sized raise for the BB level) I know it's about playing the opponent, but I'm not very good at that yet, so I was hoping these ranges could be a stepping stone to let me focus more on my opponent's style, not making up a range on the spot (which is what I would have to do)

Thanks for reading.

my range for an average opponent is to limp on the button with 100% of hands. i call raises on the button with a pretty wide range and very dependent on my gut feel and reads. i call raises in the BB (as well as btn) with the top ~45% of hands (A2o+, K2s+, K4o+, Q5s+, Q8o+, J7s+, J9o+, T8s+, 22+). and i raise with these hands too, both on btn and BB.

against an opponent raising almost every button i 3-bet with any hand in my range the has A, K, or Q and maybe J, as well as 22+.

if my limps are getting raised, sometimes i stop limping or do it less, or i limp good hands (top 45%) and 3-bet.

that's basically it. works ok for me. i know people get fancier and vary their range based on opponents range. i do that based on feel, but i don't get too advanced PF. the weakest part of my game is post-flop anyway.
