GTO would not fold here I think. Against an opponent with a 90% range I think you can't really fold flop unless you have a good read (at least a couple of games with villain where villain never pots the flop). Could even be valuebetting a worse hand. Prize pool size is also relevant.

Of all the 7x I think are best folds are 73s,72s,97,T7 (blocking T9) probably. It's hard to say, I would vary quite a lot based on reads.
