I think it is probably best to fold A3o vs a button 3x at 25bb actually, but not certain.

It’s too easy for him to be overbluffing river. I wouldn’t rule out over pairs so much though - people respond weird on paired boards. I still think it’s a call needing to be good only 20%ish.
