I'm not sure what kind of relationship he has his parents, but yes I think the mum needs to be contacted soon and hopefully seeing how big this thread will be at that point will convince her that this is a problem that needs to be adressed quickly. I think at this point she doesn't really understand what is going on, and her son has probably fed her a pile of lies.
As for lawyer intervention, it seems pretty complicated/long to get something like this going as it's all internet dealings and hard to prove that maxi didn't say give ajay his money in cash to a friend, maxi can claim anything.
At this point there is a giant file on maxi and he really needs to react and get in touch with Ajay because things could get really ugly.

so much scam on 2+2 lately, i sure as hell will never give anyone a single penny from 2+2 (or anyone i know RL). people just are not able to handle money they don't own imo. it's either you get scammed or if you stake someone he "accidently sits highstakes games". **** this ****, noone will get mah money.

yea there is obv money to be made, just be a little critical of people and make them go the extra mile to prove they are legit. a little vetting could have been done here to see it wasnt legit, sry all the same.

He also added me on fb and skype and tried multiple times to make trasnfers with me,wich i make none because i was not interested and many times i didnt understand what he even wanted.
But there is one thing i did for him,one of this trasnfers he wanted to do with me was to trasnfer me PS money (i think the ammount he was asking for was very similiar to this one) and i give him cash.I said no but i give him a number of some people that works with deposits and cash outs trasnfers.Their trasnfer went with no problems as i could see with his fb status and photos of his euros and dollars pills.
Im going to call the guy that works with that account and link him this thread,they are ver related to PS.

In the history of all these scams, has anyone ever just hunted the guy down and beat the everliving **** out of him? I feel like if you set things up properly it could probably be done and get the money back. Not that it wouldn't be extremely risky, but I feel strongly that people doing this bull**** deserve to pay, and if someone ever did this to me, and I encountered them in real life, they wouldn't walk away safe and sound.

Yea, this guy tried to convince me to ship him a few hundred for a HUSNG shared membership or something like that, he wanted me to ship to a friend so I found this shady and didn't do it.

It's the principle that people like this need to be severely punished/taught a lesson. Not saying it wouldn't be risky, but with proper planning it could be done with minimal risk.

Spoke to this guy a bit on skype, in the space of a few hours he went from wanting to live in spain to wanting to live in mexico to wanting brazil then argentina. Strange character.

You don't need to beat the **** out of him to pay, just scare him..

you wont get your money (most likely) but i can see why this might feel even better than getting your dough back.
also you wont risk a criminal record/jailtime if you do it right.
