Yesterday it happend the first time to me that i sat a guy with a wired looking name and instantly the software crashed and i basically blinded down as the software just kept crashing. Today the same happend again. This time i was able to write down his name - [email protected] - and his sharkscope stats show that something very fishy is going on here as he won almost 99 % of his HUSNGs. I am not sure if these people do it on purpose or if its just a glitch that lets the software crash, yet it is kind of like cheating when you know that when you sit an opponent and realise you make his software crash.

I emailed support about it and also demanded a refund but havent heared back yet. Anybody else with similar experiences?

As this happend in HU SNG i thought i would post it here.

I had trouble with 888 soft last year when on satellite (buy-in $8 r/a, ticket $109) bubble I got BB twice in a row. Stacks were so shallow that despite being chiplead, because of that I finished on bubble. Obvious software's bug. So, I wrote support with all print screans and IDs. It took one month, 3 polite reminder e-mails when finally they answered. And answer was 10 usd compensation... (i spent $16 on buy-ins )
So, it's was quick decision not to mess with this room anymore and i'm keeping this promise. I could handle up to 6 pop-ups when opening their client and superslow payouts (up to 7 days to MB or neteller!), but this was too much.

I am actually kinda suprised about what just happend.

They blocked the user (as they said) and they refunded me all 3 buyins + something extra that i lost as i sat at 3 table at the moment that happend and they are going to investigate.

I didnt expect such a positive outcome actually but i guess they realized that somebody found a serious flaw in their software...
