If villain almost always does these 3 things how do you play against him OOP?:
1. limps button
2. calls raise preflop
3. calls atleast one bullet anywhere later on

Do you just play it like "I got a pair so I bet" or is there value in double barreling as a bluff or something like that? Do you raise preflop at all?

raise wider pre for value for sure,
u gotta figure out what type of station he is, not all play the same
if he callsdown on big pots but fit fold on limped pots, if he is REALLY gonna call u down, because if he floats flop super wide, his turn and river range are weaker for sure, so u can barrel of more, if not then tone it down cbet to be mostly for value and vb thinner on latter streets

its an adjusting game, and they wont be able to keep up

I think the key is to figure out when you have value and bet thin. If you know he's calling almost every time pre-flop then charge him to draw against you when you likely have the best hand. I'm raising pre-flop with any A, most KXs, K7o+,and QXs where X is 8+ QTo+, and all pairs. I don't think there's equity raising preflop with even good speculative hands like JTs, against these players I want to play to the strength of my hand so I want to get in cheap/free with suited connectors JX and lower but I want to bet for value preflop with above average hands that don't play as well post flop like K7o.
If he calls at least one barrel every time then you have to bet the flop when you probably have the best hand and check when you don't, obviously.. I think you bet the flop with Ace high or any pair and check with less in general.

If he will call one barrel you have to find out if he's willing to call two and the best time to find out is when your not losing much equity, say you have two overs with a flush draw, fire on the flop and if you miss fire again. I like to use situations like that to determine what type of player I'm up against rather than just blindly firing at two streets. If you get called twice and make your hand you can make a very small value bet so you can hopefully get a call and you can see exactly what he was calling with on the flop and the turn. I wouldn't three barrel if you miss though because your just gonna be called too often plus its not the worst thing if you get to check it down because you get a lot of info. The key to this in my opinion is to find a way to gather this information inexpensively. I really want to gain this info very early in the tournament when the price is relatively low compared to stacks and when you can make maximum use of the information(that means find out early).
IMHO double barrel semi bluffing in the first blind round vs an unknown low stakes player is a very good use of your chips.

find out what he does whet you dont cbet. Many of them check down their 5 high and you scoop potts with Q high, no risk.

Yes, it gets trickier when villain always bets turn and river when you check back (cuz if you c-bet he almost always calls).
