the fact that oppo didn't shove pre 12 bb and didn't bet on the flop makes it unlikely that he has an ace, at the same time the size of the bet makes his range polarized. What do you think?

Depends a lot on prior reads, but I call here very often especially against bigger sizings. It’s very easy for him to be overbluffing here - so many draws on the turn that bricked river (and 4x probably doesn’t bet turn a ton). If villain has been nitty I just fold, and I also fold vs regish types bc they perceive our flop check back range as so bluff catcher heavy on this texture.

oppo is unknown, but I should give more credit to these big sizes. He had a 4, strange turn bet by him.

Fwiw, I don’t expect people to lead the flop with an A here usually. Some do for sure, but there’s a lot of players checking their entire range on many flops too, especially static textures like this.
