probably a fold, but not a big deal to call given the relatively small sizing on river. You have pretty bad blockers though, and lose to a wide value betting range though--many players who barrel a lot barrel very thin for value. On top of that min bet turn, bet bigger on river is quite strong--a lot of traps do this.

Not a big spew to call off though if he's been very crazy, half pot bets on river tend to be pretty weak. A lot of better hands to call with though (every Kx for example, and maybe some rivered 98/A8). J even blocks a decent amount of bluffs here.
